1. Favorite color? My favorite color is orange.

2. Are you superstitious?  I am when it comes to sports. I'm a huge Alabama football fan and I have certain things I do before the same game. For example, I watch the game at my house, on my TV and in my living room. I can't watch anywhere else.

4. Who is your hero? My hero has, and always will be, my father. He taught me how to be a father, and how to be a hard worker, and that's something I'll always carry with me.

5. Favorite social media? I love Twitter, it helps me make professional contacts but I can also find fun stuff to laugh at.

6. Favorite pizza order? Pepperoni pizza, preferably stuffed crust if they have it.

7. Hamburger or hotdog? Burgers!

8. Favorite TV(Netflix,youtube,hulu,crackle,cbsallaccess,….) series? My favorite older show if Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but I love Cobra Kai, which is a newer show on youtube.

9. Dog or cat? I have a dog (Hero) and a cat (Addison)- I attached pictures

10. At what percent on your cell phone do you feel you have recharge? 20% Whenever low power mode comes on.

11. Vacation in a cabin by a lake or an resort by the ocean? Cabin by the lake. I was told this was provided for answering these questions!!!

 

12. When and Why did you become a teacher? I used to be a basketball coach, and I didn't work inside of the school. I decided that I wanted to have a bigger impact on my students so I went back to school and got my Masters degree to become a teacher. That was 6 years ago.

 

Mr. Macon – please tell us about your

 

1)summers at Northwestern- I teach in a program called the Center for Talent Development and i'm the computer science teacher. I work with talented middle school students from all over the world. I love to teach so it's a perfect fit for me, and I get to work with a different group of students outside of the high school. And it's in Evanston so that's awesome too!

2)Basketball in your life-Oh Man, I played basketball for a long time. It's been so much of my lilfe and taught me so many lessons. I grew up in an area that wasn't the easiest place to grow up and I don't know where I would be without basketball. It gave me a purpose and a reason to want to be better. Also, Basketball and the teammates I made, are my best friends to this day. It's a family and it's something i'll always cherish.

3) your children-I have two boys, Price (11 years) and Aaron(6 years). They are awesome kids, smart and talented and they keep me busy with all their extra curricular activities. Price has a pretty big youtube and twitch stream channel but I won't tell you his name on there. He plays Fortnite, Rocket League and Rainbow 6. Aaron is a minecraft and roblox player, but he knows every one of the fortnite dances and can perform them expertly.

4) college attended and degree. I went to Indiana University of Pennsylvania. (IUP). I have a Masters Degree and I'm fininshin my Ed.S this summer which will allow me to be a principal one day.

5)What is your favorite part of summer vacation?-Baseball games for Price and Aaron, an extra round of golf and summer concerts. I love music.
